மண் நசையும் கலித்துறை

மண்ணசையும் பொன்னசையும் பெண்ணசையு மெந்நசையோ மண்மிசையே
 

யெண்ணசையுங் கண்ணசையுந் தொன்னசையை வண்ணசையாய்க் கொண்டிசையத்
 

தண்ணசையுந் திண்ணசையுங் கண்ணசையுந் தெண்ணசையை யுண்ணசுக்கும்
 

விண்ணசையுஞ் செந்நசையை யென்னசையாய்க் கொண்டசையப் பண்ணிசையே 

 

 

மண் நசையும் பொன் நசையும் பெண் நசையும் எ நசையோ மண்மிசையே?

எண் அசையும் கண் அசையும் தொல் நசையை வண் நசையாய்க் கொண்டு இசைய

தண் அசையும் திண் அசையும் கள் நசையும் தெள் நசையை உள் நசுக்கும்!

விண் நசையும் செம் நசையை என் நசையாய்க் கொண்டு அசையப் பண் இசையே!

 

மண், பெண் பொன் ஆகிய மூவாசைகள் எவ்விதமான நசைகளாம் இப்பாரின் கண்? மிகப் பெரியதாம் ! அத்தொன்மையான ஆசைகளுக்கு ஆட்பட, எண்ணம் தடுமாறும், பார்வை சிதறும் , அது மட்டுமன்று, நமது தண்மை விலகும், திண்மையும் தடுமாறும், உள்ளொளிந்திருக்கும் கள்ள ஆசைகளெல்லாம் மேலெழுந்து தெளிவான சிந்தனைகளைக் குலைக்கும்! (ஐயோ என்ன கொடுமையான நிலை) ஆதலால் இதனின்று  விடுவு பெற, விண்ணோர்களும் ஆசைப் படும் செம்மையான ஒன்றை (இறைவனை) எனது இலக்காக (ஆசையாக) நான் ஆக்கிக் கொண்டு எனது எல்லா அசைவுகளும் அமையச் செய்வாய் இசைவடிவாய் இருக்கும் இறைவா, அல்லது கடைச் சீரைப் பண் இசைத்து இறை நாமத்தை விடாது சொல்லுதல் என்றும் கொள்ளத்தகும்  

 

Desire for land, women and gold, how strong are they in this earth? Quite formidable! If one is caught in it, then he loses the equanimity in thought, in the way he views things and the age old desire completely overtakes him and disturbs his coolness, and steadfastness and not only that several thieves who lurk as forbidden desires inside us surface and overshadow proper ideals! What a dangerous scenario is it not? In order to escape this, one needs to focus the attention on the Supreme Being whom even the celestials desire, and oh Lord please make this desire my focal point of life, or chanting names of the divine being with music can lead us to this state of freedom!
